FINALLY!

The day when I could try the MR2 Mk3 on for size had arrived. It was friday, march 17. when a dealer called me and told me they'd just got a brand new MR2 in.

Being at work, I couldn't leave at once, and the shop was closed by the time I got there - I did get a glance at it thorugh the window, though...:-)

The next day, Inge and I, equipped with two digital cameras, went to check her out - the result is below. My first impressions with the car was that Toyota has finally found their way back to the original concept: A light, nimble car, with less space for luggage than in the Mk1 (!). The gears feel tight, the instruments look great, and the fact that it is a roadster sweetens the deal even further. Not that I'd ever would sell my Mk1, but still...:-)

Being the registrar for the MR2-register here in Norway, Toyota were willing to lend me a new MR2 for 4 whole days...in may - and I just can't wait! :-)
